We stand behind our work. Here's how our warranty works and what to do if something isn't quite right.
A 2-year warranty on equipment, materials and work
We give a 2-year warranty on everything — the equipment, the materials and the work itself. That means for two years from installation we take full responsibility for keeping it all working properly. If something fails or doesn't work correctly, we repair, service or replace it free of charge. And if any equipment needs to be removed and refitted, our specialists take care of that themselves.
Good to know
Very rarely — in less than 0.3% of our cases — installing additional systems can affect your car's original equipment: errors may appear or systems may not work smoothly together, and this isn't always noticeable straight away. If after the installation you notice any issues with the original systems, or you have any concerns about our work, please get in touch with us first. We'll run a diagnostic free of charge — even if the problem isn't related to our installation — and quickly fix anything that's on us.
Going straight to an official dealer can lead to a paid diagnostic and repair if the cause lies in our installation, since for the dealer this isn't a warranty case. Once additional components are installed, warranty responsibility is shared between us and the car manufacturer: we cover our own components and work, and we guarantee that our equipment won't cause damage or faults to the original systems.
Our responsibility and compensation
All work done in our workshop is insured. If our installation causes damage to the car or its systems, the insurance covers the damage and the necessary repair.
If you notice any faults after our work, contact us right away and first, so we can run a quick diagnostic. In special cases we can cover a diagnostic at an official dealer — against an invoice made out to our company — when it's needed to identify or fix an error that appeared after our work. Fixing a problem caused by us, and ordering and replacing faulty parts, must be agreed with us beforehand. To receive compensation, we'll need the dealer's expert report with photos confirming our responsibility. For your time and any inconvenience, we compensate with discounts or gift cards for future purchases with us.
Warranty repair conditions
During the warranty period, repairs and servicing of the equipment we installed are carried out only by us — in our own workshop, free of charge. We don't reimburse repairs or servicing done in other workshops, even while the warranty is still valid; if you go to another workshop, you pay for that work yourself. If our equipment has been repaired without agreeing it with us, we may decline warranty service.
We don't carry out warranty repairs on site, and we don't provide replacement equipment for the repair period. We always try to solve everything straight away, but a warranty repair may sometimes need a booking in advance — so that customers whose cars are already being worked on get their service on time. We'll do everything as quickly as we can, though occasionally there may be a wait of a few days.
