Premium Noise Insulation

Premium Noise Insulation

Comprehensive treatment of all key vehicle areas — for those who want a noticeably quieter, more comfortable cabin.

Price 1 690 €
Installation in 2 days

Premium is our most popular package — and for good reason. It covers all the key acoustic zones of the vehicle and delivers exactly the kind of result most clients expect from a properly executed sound insulation upgrade.

Complete interior disassembly (excluding the dashboard), multi-layer treatment of all key metal surfaces, and everything we have learned through years of hands-on experience — all of it comes together in one package. Premium is especially noticeable on the motorway: noise from the floor is reduced, vibration from the roof is minimised, and the vehicle becomes significantly quieter exactly where it matters most. Long journeys begin to feel noticeably calmer, quieter and more comfortable.

Boot and wheel arches
Noticeably reduced noise from the rear of the vehicle
Door sound insulation
Doors close with a more solid, reassuring sound
Bonnet and front wings
Engine noise and vibration are far less noticeable inside the cabin
Floor
Road noise is significantly reduced — especially at higher speeds
Roof
Wind noise is reduced and the cabin becomes noticeably quieter
Well suited to mid-size and executive-class vehicles such as the Volkswagen Passat, Skoda Superb, Toyota Land Cruiser and other models of similar size or class.

What's Included in Premium

Floor Sound Insulation

Floor Sound Insulation

The floor is one of the main sources of road and tyre noise inside the cabin. At moderate speeds, it is mostly perceived as background noise. At higher speeds, it turns into a low-frequency drone that becomes genuinely tiring over time.

We install Silent Coat Extra 4 mm vibration damping on the floor and, depending on the vehicle's construction, add Noise Isolator in thicknesses from 4 to 10 mm. This two-layer approach delivers the most noticeable reduction in road noise.

It is the floor treatment in particular that helps reduce the low background drone that causes the most fatigue on longer journeys. The difference is especially noticeable on motorways and rougher road surfaces.

Roof Sound Insulation

Roof Sound Insulation

At higher speeds, the roof begins to behave like a large resonating surface: airflow creates noise across the entire metal panel, and that sound is transferred directly into the cabin.

We cover the entire roof panel with Silent Coat vibration damping, combined with either Sound Absorber 15 mm or Noise Isolator 4–10 mm — depending on the available space beneath the headliner. The roof stops resonating, noise from above is significantly reduced, and the cabin becomes quieter and more comfortable.

Roof treatment also improves the sound quality of the audio system — especially in the lower frequencies. If the vehicle is fitted with a subwoofer, the effect is even more noticeable.

Boot and Rear Wheel Arches

Boot and Rear Wheel Arches

The rear wheel arches and boot floor are among the most important sources of cabin noise. This is where road vibration turns into a low-frequency rumble that is especially noticeable in the rear part of the vehicle.

We treat both the floor and the inner surfaces of the arches: first, we apply Silent Coat Extra 4 mm vibration damping, followed by a soft acoustic layer that further helps suppress noise and vibration. Sound Absorber 35 mm is used on the arches, while Noise Isolator 4–7 mm is applied to the floor, depending on the vehicle.

Door Sound Insulation

Door Sound Insulation

The metal surfaces inside the doors resonate from road vibration and transfer that sound into the cabin. We apply Silent Coat 2 mm to both the inner and outer metal surfaces of each door, and Sound Absorber 15 mm to the door trims. The result is a more rigid door structure and a more solid, refined closing sound.

It is also worth highlighting the improvement in audio quality. Door speakers begin working in a more stable and acoustically correct environment — one that allows them to perform far more effectively. Bass becomes cleaner and more precise, and the unpleasant booming resonance is reduced. In many cases, overall music quality improves noticeably even without replacing the audio system itself.

Bonnet and Front Wings

Bonnet and Front Wings

The bonnet is a large metal panel that vibrates from engine operation and transmits that energy into the cabin. In the Premium package, we install the more effective Silent Coat Extra 4 mm on the inner surface of the bonnet — a stronger solution than in the base package. The front wings are treated after the wheel arch liners are removed, and where the vehicle's construction allows, we additionally insulate the metal areas around the wheel arch that are oriented toward the cabin.

This area does not create the most dramatic effect on its own, but together with the floor and roof it helps complete the overall acoustic improvement of the vehicle.

What Premium Does Not Include

Premium covers all the key acoustic zones of the vehicle and, in most passenger cars, delivers exactly the level of improvement most owners are looking for. For larger vehicles — such as the Mercedes V-Class, Multivan and other vans — a greater volume of material and deeper treatment of certain areas may be required.

That is exactly where Executive comes in: additional layers, more material, and a more uncompromising approach for those who want the highest possible level of comfort and refinement.
